Binance Launches Tokenised US Stocks for Eligible UAE Users

Binance has launched bStocks in the UAE, giving eligible users access to tokenised securities linked to selected US-listed stocks and ETFs.

The service allows trading from $5 and is available around the clock. At launch, products linked to Circle Internet Group, Micron Technology, Nvidia, SanDisk and Tesla can be traded against USDT.

bStocks are issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance group affiliate, and backed by corresponding US-listed shares held with a regulated custodian. They do not provide direct ownership of the underlying shares, and their prices may not always match the real-time value of those assets, especially outside regular market hours.

Binance said additional products are available on its platform, with more listings expected over time subject to applicable approvals. The company also warned that 24/7 trading can bring higher volatility and additional risks compared with conventional US equity markets.

Eligible bStocks can be transferred to compatible BNB Chain wallets, enabling users to hold them through self-custody and use them across supported blockchain applications.

Tarik Erk, Binance’s head of MENAT, said the launch is intended to broaden access to financial products by combining blockchain infrastructure with traditional finance. The move supports Binance’s wider effort to develop a platform spanning cryptocurrency and tokenised financial assets.
