Binance Launches Tokenized U.S. Stocks for Eligible Users in Bahrain

Binance has launched bStocks for eligible users on Binance Bahrain, expanding the platform’s offering beyond digital assets and into tokenized U.S. equities.

The products are designed to track the prices of selected U.S. stocks and ETFs. Issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance group affiliate, each bStock is linked to an underlying share held with a regulated custodian. Binance said bStocks do not represent ownership of the underlying stocks.

Eligible users can invest fractionally from $5, trade around the clock, and transfer supported bStocks to compatible BNB Chain wallets. The products can also be used across compatible blockchain applications. Binance said corporate actions, including stock splits and dividend-related adjustments, are processed automatically according to the applicable product structure.

The initial offering includes tokenized securities linked to Circle Internet Group, Micron Technology, NVIDIA, Sandisk and Tesla. Additional bStocks are expected to be introduced progressively, subject to applicable approvals.

The launch adds to services already available through a Binance Bahrain account, including crypto trading, earning products and payments. Tarik Erk, Binance’s head of MENAT, said the company aims to bring digital assets, traditional financial products and tokenized real-world assets together in one platform.
