Dubai-based cryptocurrency exchange Bybit has officially launched Bybit AI, a new conversational assistant designed to unify the platform’s core services. Operating within a single chat interface inside the Bybit app, the AI tool acts as an intelligent co-pilot, allowing users to execute everyday trading and account management tasks using plain language.
Streamlining The Financial Experience
The introduction of Bybit AI replaces the traditional, fragmented experience of navigating multiple web pages, menus, and dashboards. Instead of searching for specific tools to check portfolio balances, place trades, or submit support tickets, users can now state their requests naturally, and the assistant will execute the underlying actions directly within the chat.
According to Ben Zhou, Co-founder and CEO of Bybit, the AI assistant is a foundational element of the exchange’s roadmap for a New Financial Platform. The architecture connects underlying infrastructure to a single interface, ensuring that individual business lines function as one continuous assistant rather than disconnected products. Furthermore, Bybit’s CTO, Rockman Zhang, confirmed plans to utilize an Open API to further connect trading, earning, loans, cards, and customer support into this unified ecosystem.
Dual Modules For Trading And Support
In its initial rollout, Bybit AI is accessible to all users through two primary modules:
- One AI Assistant For All Needs: The assistant covers essential features across Spot, Futures, and Options trading, as well as Bybit Earn, Copy Trading, Trading Bots, Loans, P2P, the Bybit Card, and Spot X. It also manages notifications, subscriptions, and access to the Rewards Hub.
- Intelligent Support: Bybit has integrated smarter customer support directly into the AI tool. The system works alongside professional human agents to optimize the user experience, ensuring that customer queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Security And Seamless Integration
To utilize the new feature, eligible users must activate Bybit AI, which automatically generates a dedicated sub-account. Built on a security-first architecture, this sub-account remains isolated from the user’s main balance to mitigate potential AI-related risks. This structure allows for instant onboarding without the need for API keys or manual setup.
