Checkout.com has partnered with Dubai-based property investment platform PRYPCO to support payments across its real estate products.
The companies said PRYPCO’s payment acceptance rate increased by 20% after the integration went live in July. The partnership covers PRYPCO Blocks, its fractional property investment platform, and PRYPCO Mint, which represents real estate ownership through digital tokens on a blockchain.
Checkout.com’s acquiring and processing technology is designed to help PRYPCO manage higher transaction volumes, including demand spikes during new property launches. The setup includes network tokenisation, which replaces card details with unique digital identifiers to protect customer data and reduce false declines.
Customers can also fund and withdraw from their accounts with near-instant access through Checkout.com’s global payouts service.
PRYPCO selected Checkout.com for its direct acquiring capabilities, citing the speed and security required for its high-value daily transactions, according to the announcement.
“Essa Ibrahim, PRYPCO’s co-founder and president, said the partnership would help the company handle peak demand while providing a smoother investment experience.
PRYPCO also offers digital mortgages, gold investment, and Golden Visa and will services in the UAE. The company said it has facilitated more than AED20 billion in real estate transactions for over 110,000 customers.
