Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development has joined the “Agentic Verse” summer program, a collaboration with 42 Abu Dhabi designed to give high school students practical experience in artificial intelligence, innovation and entrepreneurship.
Over five days, participants worked in teams to address real-world challenges by designing, building and presenting AI-powered solutions. Projects included career advisers, smart study planners, interactive games and video storytelling tools.
The program’s Khalifa Fund Innovation Challenge invited students in grades nine to 12 to apply agentic AI to challenges linked to entrepreneurship. Teams developed an AI-powered adviser for aspiring entrepreneurs, helping users define their goals and needs while offering personalised learning and development paths.
With guidance from 42 Abu Dhabi’s AI trainers, students also gained experience in AI design, prompt engineering, teamwork, idea development, pitching and presenting working prototypes to a judging panel.
The program is being delivered in multiple cohorts during July and August 2026 in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Participants who complete it successfully receive an accredited Level 4 micro-credential. Khalifa Fund also introduced students to its funding and advisory programs, as well as facilities available through Mazen Hub for startups and small and medium-sized enterprises.
