Dubai-based longevity clinic network Longevium has begun construction of a Longevity AI Research Laboratory at Dubai Science Park, with the facility expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The lab follows a $7 million investment round and will turn clinical data from Longevium’s three Dubai clinics into AI tools for biological-age assessment, early disease detection, regenerative medicine and personalised healthspan extension, according to the company.
Its research will build on technologies already used by the clinics, including Doctor Deep, an AI assistant for physicians, and a biological-age tracking app. Planned projects include patient-specific digital twins, robotic diagnostics, next-generation wearables and a biological-age platform combining biomarkers, ultrasound, body composition and wearable data.
The facility will also investigate noble gas therapies, including xenon, argon, helium and krypton, as well as tissue engineering and regenerative medicine aimed at restoring organ function.
Longevium said its network has served more than 30,000 patients and includes close to 100 physicians and specialists across three Dubai locations. The company is recruiting scientists and seeking collaboration with research institutions, clinical partners, investors and technology companies.
The project aligns with the Dubai Longevity Authority’s plans to develop the emirate as a centre for longevity research and preventive healthcare innovation.
