Manga Arabia, a company affiliated with Saudi Research and Media Group, has launched Nafitha, a digital platform designed to help Arab writers, illustrators and comic creators publish their work and reach audiences in the region and internationally.

The company said Nafitha will give emerging creators a professional space to showcase their work alongside selected Arabic and international content, helping them connect directly with readers and develop their creative projects.

The launch builds on Manga Arabia’s existing digital reach. According to the announcement, the company’s applications have recorded more than 13 million downloads across over 190 countries, while its print magazines have surpassed 22 million copies in distribution.

Manga Arabia also highlighted its annual Manga Arabia competition, which has awarded around SAR400,000 in prizes since its launch. The company said it has expanded the competition’s support centres and introduced the Waedah initiative to back promising creative projects and publish their work through digital platforms.

With Nafitha, Manga Arabia is expanding beyond content publishing to involve creators in the production and distribution process, bringing readers, writers and illustrators together in an interactive digital environment.
