Saudi Arabia’s Cultural Fund has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Al-Dirah Development Company to expand opportunities for cultural projects and improve their access to the market.
The partnership will support the presence of cultural businesses in Riyadh’s Al-Dirah area and help position it as a destination for cultural projects, entrepreneurs and creative productions. The Cultural Fund will connect its beneficiaries with opportunities, while Al-Dirah Development will activate its destinations and attract cultural activities and initiatives.
The agreement covers the organisation and hosting of events, forums, workshops and exhibitions at the company’s venues, with links to artists and cultural enterprises supported by the fund.
The two parties will also explore creating a shared creative space and assess investment opportunities in cultural projects in the area, with the aim of supporting their growth and sustainability.
The collaboration builds on the fund’s efforts to strengthen private-sector partnerships and provide financial support for Saudi Arabia’s cultural sector, while supporting Al-Dirah Development’s work to increase the area’s appeal for cultural and creative activities.
