The Visionary Entrepreneurship Association, in partnership with Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha’at), has announced the launch of a new accelerator and several key initiatives aimed at strengthening the Kingdom’s social impact ecosystem. The announcements were made during the “Social Entrepreneurship Evening,” which brought together leaders, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers from the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

Fostering a Social Impact Ecosystem
The event focused on enhancing integration between different sectors to support social initiatives and achieve long-term sustainability. Discussions highlighted the importance of building a comprehensive system that supports social innovation, empowering promising ventures to grow in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030’s goals to expand the non-profit sector’s economic and social contribution.
Panel discussions included topics such as “Integration of Entities in Enabling Social Impact” and “How Are Sustainable Projects Built?”, featuring experts from government and development agencies.
New Accelerator to Empower Promising Ventures
A central announcement was the launch of the “Social Entrepreneurship Accelerator.” This strategic program is designed to incubate and empower promising social projects and startups through specialized mentorship and development programs. The accelerator aims to improve their operational efficiency, enhance their sustainability, and expand the scale of their impact.
Connecting the Ecosystem and Championing Sustainability
Alongside the accelerator, two other major initiatives were unveiled.
Fahd Al-Qahtani, Director of Partnerships and Business Development at the Visionary Entrepreneurship Association, introduced “Riyada,” the first social enterprise company dedicated to connecting all parts of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Riyada will link entrepreneurs with investors, enablers, and support entities to foster collaboration and create new growth opportunities.
Additionally, the CEO of Net Zero presented the “Green Impact Entrepreneurship” initiative. This environmental social program focuses on supporting the business community’s transition to sustainable practices, promoting environmental awareness, and enabling organizations to contribute to sustainability targets.
