Saudi telecom company Etihad Salam Telecom Company, known as Salam, signed 29 strategic partnerships during LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, expanding into connectivity, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and enterprise technology.
The agreements cover telecommunications and digital infrastructure, cloud and data services, cybersecurity, enterprise technology, localisation, financial services and mobility. Salam said the partnerships support its move toward becoming an integrated digital solutions provider for businesses and government entities.
The company also presented its Connectivity+ strategy, which combines connectivity, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and AI-enabled services in a single offering. Its showcased applications included Industry 4.0, AI-powered healthcare, mobility and logistics, with examples such as industrial IoT, digital twins and real-time fleet management.
Salam CEO Ahmed Al-Anqari said the company is focused on making AI more accessible to Saudi businesses while building local digital capabilities.
The partnerships include agreements related to AI adoption, cloud services, smart-city and IoT solutions, and enterprise technology. Salam did not disclose the combined financial value of the agreements.
