The Dammam-based HR platform has introduced a calculator that estimates employee end-of-service awards under Saudi labour law, alongside other settlement components.
Saudi HR and labour-law platform Uddah HR has launched a free end-of-service calculator designed to help businesses and employees estimate final settlements under Saudi labour law.
The tool calculates end-of-service awards based on length of service and the reason employment ends. It also covers unused annual leave, unpaid wages, deductions and advances to help users determine the net amount owed.
Uddah HR highlights the financial difference that resignation rules can make. In its example, an employee earning SAR 10,000 per month who resigns after seven years would receive an estimated end-of-service award of SAR 30,000, rather than SAR 45,000, because the award is reduced to two-thirds for employees who resign after five to fewer than ten years of service, under Article 85.
The calculator is available in Arabic and English, and users can try it without creating an account. Uddah HR says it does not store the employee’s name or calculated amounts.
Founded to help businesses manage HR compliance in Saudi Arabia, Uddah HR offers tools covering payroll checks, employee documentation, labour-law compliance and HR administration.
