A New Vision for 2026-2030

Looking ahead, the program’s next five-year phase (2026-2030) will operate under a new strategy. The focus will shift to developing a more comprehensive support system for female entrepreneurs, directing investment toward high-growth sectors and value chains.

Key goals include helping micro-enterprises scale into SMEs and enhancing the program’s competitiveness. This new phase will also prioritize better governance and networking within the ecosystem by strengthening collaboration between the public sector, private companies, and civil society organizations.

About The Raedet Program

The Raedet program is a national initiative by Tunisia’s Ministry of Family, Women, Children and Seniors aimed at boosting female economic participation. It provides access to micro, small, and medium-sized loans with preferential and flexible terms. The program operates in partnership with several public financial institutions, including the Tunisian Solidarity Bank (BTS), the National Agricultural Bank (BNA), the Bank for Financing Small and Medium Enterprises (BFPME), and the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC). Its objective is to encourage women and girls, particularly innovators in promising sectors and those in priority regions, to launch their own investment projects.
