UAE-based AI commerce startup Keep Converting has raised $2 million in a pre-seed round led by Nuwa Capital and COTU Ventures, as it emerges from stealth.

Founded in 2025 by Mohammad El Mougi and Manuel Prinz, the company provides an AI-powered conversion optimisation platform that creates personalised product-page experiences based on factors such as how shoppers reach a website and what they are looking for.

According to the announcement, Keep Converting has recorded an average 64% increase in conversion rates across active deployments in the United States, Europe and the Gulf. Its platform has generated thousands of product-page variants for brands in sectors including consumer electronics, beauty, home appliances and lifestyle.

The company said the funding will support onboarding more merchants and expanding its engineering team, with a focus on conversion technology and cross-client intelligence. Keep Converting is integrated with platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Zid and Salla.

El Mougi previously served as chief product officer at Vezeeta and led marketing at Vodafone. Prinz was previously head of product at TikTok Shop US and worked on product management at Walmart.
