Tech Founders, an initiative of the Human Capability Development Program, has launched the fourth cohort of its “Training Bootcamps” program. Designed to empower entrepreneurial companies, the program focuses on enhancing readiness for launch and strategic expansion through specialized local and international expertise.

Program Overview

The Tech Founders Program is a comprehensive development pathway aimed at helping founders scale their technology startups. Supported by the National Technology Development Program (NTDP) and the Center of Digital Entrepreneurship (CODE), the program focuses on three core pillars to ensure business sustainability:

  1. Sustainability and International Expansion: Designing systems that support sustainable growth and outlining strategies for global market entry.
  2. Leadership and Corporate Culture: Building leadership capabilities while maintaining company culture as a foundation for stability.
  3. Readiness for Future Stages: Enhancing the ability to grow with confidence and preparing for the requirements of future expansion phases.

Program Stages

The program is structured into three interconnected stages designed to guide startups from readiness to global expansion:

  • 1. Local Training Bootcamps (Remote): An intensive one-week virtual program (Jan-Feb 2026) focused on building key skills, including workshops on fundraising, team building, and pitch practice.
  • 2. International Incubation Stage: A 6-week learning and practical program (starting June 2026) in collaboration with top international universities and incubators. Participants will gain global exposure and connect with international investors.
  • 3. Digital Enablers Stage: Ongoing support through virtual services such as mentorship, consulting, and marketing, financial, and legal aid to help startups meet their growth targets.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Tech Founders program, startups must meet the following requirements:

  • Stage: Pre-seed and above (Must have an MVP).
  • Founders: Founders must be dedicated full-time to the startup.
  • Nationality: At least one founder or co-founder must be Saudi.
  • Scalability: The startup must be innovative, globally expandable, and investable.
