Bahrain FinTech Bay’s sister company, Innovate for Bahrain, has signed an exclusive partnership with Shaffra to bring the GCC-born company’s enterprise AI workforce platform to organizations across Bahrain.
The agreement was announced at Gateway Gulf 2026, an investment forum hosted by the Bahrain Economic Development Board. Innovate for Bahrain will serve as Shaffra’s partner in the Kingdom, combining Shaffra’s AI technology and regional deployment experience with local implementation capabilities.
Through the partnership, organizations will be able to deploy AI employees for customer service, sales, human resources, finance, operations and project management. Shaffra also offers ready-made solutions including AI call centers, AI sales centers and AI project managers.
According to the announcement, Shaffra’s AI employees helped enterprises and governments save more than 2 million work hours per month in 2025. The platform supports Arabic and English, runs on an organization’s own infrastructure, and includes governance controls for roles, access and audits.
The partners will explore developing additional solutions for priority sectors and opportunities beyond Bahrain. Target industries include financial services, government, telecommunications, healthcare, education, hospitality, retail and logistics.
