The Performance People has officially launched its leadership consultancy from Bahrain Financial Harbour, targeting organisations across Bahrain and the wider GCC with leadership assessment, development and executive coaching services.
The firm, established more than a year ago, was founded by James Moore and has assembled a team with experience spanning the Royal Air Force, specialist policing, the British Army, professional services and leading universities.
Its approach is built around a High Performance Leadership Framework covering awareness, behaviours and habits, and confidence. According to the company, engagements typically start with board and C-suite interviews, 360-degree feedback, behavioural audits, and succession and key-person risk mapping.
The firm’s flagship offering is a 2.5-day Executive Leadership Offsite that combines pre-retreat diagnostics, board-level strategic alignment and a six-month coaching roadmap. It also focuses on identifying and developing national talent for leadership pipelines and succession planning, while adapting international expertise to the GCC’s business and cultural context.
The company said its team has worked with hundreds of organisations, including Allianz, EY, Ricoh, Booking.com, Revolut, Toyota and Qatar’s Ministry of Interior. It has also supported corporations and government and semi-government entities across the GCC.
