This edition introduces “Innovation Pods,” a challenge-led model where UAE-based startups collaborate directly with EGA business units to co-develop and pilot solutions for real-world industrial and operational challenges.

Accelerator Overview
EGA Ramp-Up Season 4 is a structured growth pathway designed to integrate innovative startup solutions into the UAE’s industrial ecosystem. The programme has evolved from a traditional accelerator into a pilot-focused initiative. Selected startups enter “Innovation Pods” to address specific EGA problem statements, including Industrial Process Monitoring, ESG Measurement Platforms, and Health and Safety Platforms. Participants receive high-level training from international experts, culminating in an Investor Pitch Day with the potential for financial awards and long-term procurement contracts.

Eligibility Criteria
- Stage: Early-stage startups operational for at least one year with a functioning Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
- Location: Startups must be officially registered in the United Arab Emirates.
- Impact Alignment: Solutions must contribute to at least one UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) and align with EGA’s defined problem statements.
- Language: Founders must be fluent in both written and spoken English.

- Selection Process: 20 startups will be selected for the initial cohort workshops.
- Innovation Pods Phase: The top 10 startups will advance to collaborate directly with EGA teams on pilot-ready solutions.
