Robo.ai has entered into a joint venture agreement with Abu Dhabi-based Eleven International Holdings to establish Alif Holding, an AI-focused industrial technology group headquartered in Abu Dhabi.

According to the announcement, Robo.ai will hold a controlling stake in the proposed venture, which will develop intelligent software and smart equipment for government, infrastructure and industrial customers across the UAE, the GCC and global markets.

Alif Holding will operate across two platforms: intelligent equipment, covering robotics, automation and advanced materials, and intelligent software, including industrial AI, computer vision, AI agents, large language models, digital twins, data and analytics.

The group will target sectors such as energy, oil and gas, ports, public safety, utilities, mining, transportation, smart cities and critical infrastructure. The company said it plans to build engineering, assembly and production capabilities in Abu Dhabi under a “Made in UAE” model.

Its roadmap includes acquiring global technologies, integrating them into a unified platform, manufacturing locally and expanding into regional and international markets. Robo.ai CEO Benjamin Zhai described Alif Holding as a full-stack AI industrial group designed to deliver complete systems to governments, critical infrastructure operators and industrial customers.
