HUMAIN Prepares for Potential Dual Listing in Saudi Arabia and Nasdaq

2 Min Read

HUMAIN has begun building an internal team to prepare for a potential public offering in Saudi Arabia and on Nasdaq, according to an announcement by CEO Tareq Amin.

Amin is seeking candidates with backgrounds in management consulting, corporate strategy and finance, as well as experience in investor relations and IPO preparation. The roles will focus on shaping HUMAIN’s investment story, reviewing its strategy and turning complex business and technology plans into clear materials for investors.

The move does not represent a formal listing launch. HUMAIN has not announced a timetable, offering size or share details, and has not said that official listing procedures have begun.

Amin previously said in October 2025 that the company was targeting listings in Saudi Arabia and the US within three to four years. The new hiring effort suggests the company is now developing the capabilities needed for that longer-term goal.

Established in May 2025 under the Public Investment Fund, HUMAIN is building an AI platform spanning data centers, cloud infrastructure, models and applications. The company has also announced partnerships linked to AI infrastructure, including with AWS, through which HUMAIN Fabric is expected to be available on AWS Marketplace and its ALLAM model on Amazon Bedrock.
