Egyptian logistics startup Bosta is preparing for an initial public offering on the Egyptian Exchange, with a target valuation of between $160M and $170M, according to the 2026 Egypt Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Diagnosis report by Entlaq.

The potential listing would mark a new growth phase for the last-mile delivery company, which supports e-commerce orders across Egypt.

The report also said Axian acquired a stake in Bosta, while Beltone and Citadel exited their investments in the company in May 2026. The exits generated an internal rate of return of about 75%, according to the report.

Bosta operates in a logistics market supported by rising online shopping demand and the growing need for warehousing, delivery and order management services. Egypt has more than 70 logistics companies focused on e-commerce, alongside 112 e-commerce startups, the report said.

Bosta’s potential IPO comes amid increased financing, acquisition and exit activity in the sector. The report cited the merger of MaxAB and Wasoko, valued at an estimated $526M, as another major transaction.
