Mediclinic Middle East has joined Hub71+ Life Sciences under a strategic partnership designed to give HealthTech startups access to clinical expertise, healthcare networks and real-world insights in Abu Dhabi.

The partnership was formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding signed during the Abu Dhabi Future Health Summit 2026. It will enable Mediclinic Middle East to work with startups on potential collaborations, offer clinical guidance and help founders refine solutions for use in healthcare settings.

The healthcare provider will also explore technologies aligned with its priorities, including cancer care, fertility and IVF, musculoskeletal services, chronic disease management, women’s health, care beyond the hospital, virtual care and clinical augmentation.

Mediclinic Middle East CEO Hein van Eck said the collaboration would create opportunities for healthcare technologies to be developed and evaluated in real clinical environments, with input from healthcare professionals.

As part of the ecosystem, Mediclinic Middle East will contribute to mentorship and knowledge-sharing activities. Launched in 2025, Hub71+ Life Sciences connects startups with healthcare providers, regulators and investors across biotech, medtech and digital health.
