UAE-based ElevateVia has officially launched a digital platform connecting startup founders seeking funding with investors worldwide.
The platform uses document verification, smart matching and a proprietary “Confidence Score” to help users assess potential investment opportunities. Founder profiles are reviewed before being listed, while matching is based on factors including sector, growth stage, location and investment preferences.
ElevateVia also provides secure virtual data rooms. Access to sensitive documents remains restricted until both sides sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement, according to the company.
The platform is designed to support cross-border fundraising by helping founders reach investors beyond their local networks and enabling investors to discover startups outside their usual channels.
Users pay an annual membership fee of $25 to create either a founder or investor profile. The company said it does not charge commissions or success fees on completed funding rounds.
Vikrant Saini, ElevateVia’s director, said the platform aims to make early-stage fundraising more transparent, efficient and accessible across borders. The service is now available for founders and investors to create profiles.
