UAE-based PropTech startup Silkhaus has closed an undisclosed Pre-Series A investment round with US investment firm Partners for Growth (PFG), alongside access to credit facilities to support its expansion across the GCC.
Founded in 2021, Silkhaus operates a technology-enabled property management platform for short-term rentals. Its services help property owners and institutional investors manage properties, oversee bookings and track rental performance.
The company currently operates in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and has identified Riyadh as its next target market. Silkhaus said demand for its services increased by 120% over the past 12 months, although it did not disclose the metric or underlying figures used to calculate that growth.
The size, valuation and terms of the Pre-Series A round were not disclosed. The company also did not provide details on the size or conditions of the credit facilities.
Silkhaus previously raised $7.75 million in Seed funding from regional and international investors. The latest financing is intended to provide additional resources as the startup expands its property management operations into new Gulf markets.
The company said the partnership will support its focus on financial sustainability and unit economics as it develops its regional business.
