Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) has launched QIC Market, a digital car marketplace designed to bring vehicle buying and selling into one online platform.
Available through the QIC App and qic.market, the platform lists more than 10,000 new and pre-owned vehicles across over 60 brands. Buyers can search using filters such as budget, condition and color, while listings from official dealerships and verified private sellers include vehicle specifications and interactive visuals.
QIC Market also provides estimates of ownership costs, including maintenance, operating expenses, insurance and fuel, allowing buyers to assess more than the purchase price, according to the company.
Private sellers can list vehicles free of charge and use a built-in price checker for market-based valuations. QIC customers can also transfer insurance policies to buyers through the platform.
The digital ecosystem extends beyond the transaction, offering access to vehicle maintenance, repairs, detailing and home car washes. Users can also purchase or renew insurance policies and file and track claims through QIC’s digital services.
