TiE Dubai has announced a new board for 2026-2027 and plans to expand its support for founders in the UAE and across the MENA region, with a stronger focus on mentorship, learning and growth.
The Dubai chapter of the global entrepreneurship network will launch the TiE Fellows program, an invitation-only initiative for founders building scalable regional businesses. The first cohort will target startups beyond the idea stage and connect participants with TiE Dubai charter members through private mentoring sessions and tailored support.
TiE Dubai also plans to relaunch TiE University as TiE Youth, linking universities with experienced entrepreneurs and helping students turn early ideas into scalable ventures. The previous program supported more than 1,000 students across over 50 universities in the GCC and MENA.
Its TiE Women MENA initiative, sponsored this year by Nokia, will continue supporting women entrepreneurs through mentoring, investor connections and a pitch competition. The global TiE Women program has reached more than 11,000 women entrepreneurs across 62 countries, with $350K in equity-free prizes awarded in previous cycles.
According to the announcement, TiE Dubai’s events since March 2026 have attracted more than 1,800 registered participants across seven sectors, with over 60% returning attendees.
