From Transaction to Recognition
Rentify’s co-founders argue that for too long, tenants have been the most financially committed yet least rewarded participants in the property market. BELONG aims to change this dynamic by acknowledging and valuing renters.

How BELONG Works
Integrated directly into the Rentify app, the BELONG program operates on a straightforward model. Tenants automatically earn “BELONG Coins” for every on-time rent payment, with a simple one-to-one earning ratio. There are no complicated tiers or hidden rules.
These coins are instantly available and can be redeemed for a curated selection of local experiences. The app includes a calculator for users to estimate their rewards based on their rent, making the value proposition clear.
Current rewards include an eight-hour driving experience with MKV Luxury Car Rental (20,000 Coins), a therapy session at Avida Longevity (5,000 Coins), and a curated art experience with Meraki Art Studio (4,000 Coins), with new offers added monthly.
Building a Local Ecosystem
Rentify is actively inviting local businesses to join the BELONG ecosystem, offering them a direct channel to connect with its growing user base of over 50,000 tenants. The platform aims to provide partners with access to a financially engaged and lifestyle-focused audience.
