Saudi’s Ezditek Taps Vertiv To Develop Advanced AI-Ready Data Centers

Ezditek, a prominent Saudi developer and operator of digital infrastructure, has entered into a Technical Cooperation Agreement with global critical infrastructure leader Vertiv. The partnership, announced at GITEX Global 2025, will focus on jointly developing and deploying advanced, AI-ready data center solutions for customers across Saudi Arabia.

A Strategic Push for Vision 2030

This collaboration represents a significant step forward in aligning with Saudi Vision 2030’s objectives of fostering technological innovation and diversifying the national economy. By combining Vertiv’s global expertise in critical digital infrastructure with Ezditek’s deep regional knowledge and execution capabilities, the agreement aims to accelerate the Kingdom’s digital transformation and solidify its position as a regional hub for high-performance computing and artificial intelligence. The partnership will see both companies leverage their strengths to design, test, and implement future-ready and scalable data center technologies.
