Silah Gulf has signed a strategic partnership with UK-based enterprise software company Halo to help organisations across the GCC adopt AI-enabled service management and workflow automation.
The partnership combines Silah Gulf’s regional presence, business process outsourcing expertise and customer experience capabilities with Halo’s platform. According to the announcement, the companies will support organisations in embedding intelligent automation into their operations, improving service delivery and enhancing customer and employee experiences.
The agreement was announced during the fourth edition of Gateway Gulf, held on November 1–2, 2026, at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay. The forum was hosted by the Bahrain Economic Development Board under the theme “Reimagining Global Partnerships, Powering Sustainable Growth.”
Silah Gulf CEO Feras J. Ahmed said the partnership would help organisations build more intelligent operations and improve productivity, while Halo CEO Paul Hamilton said the collaboration would bring AI-enabled service management to more businesses across the GCC.
