Dubai-founded property technology company Invespy has opened a permanent Broker Hub on Sheikh Zayed Road, creating a dedicated workspace for real estate brokers and a channel connecting them with property developers across the UAE.
The company said the hub is designed as a neutral workspace rather than a developer sales centre or brokerage office. Brokers can access property opportunities, developer briefings, sales training and commission-related services, alongside coworking facilities and a podcast studio.
The space is organised around four areas: earning through project offers and live deal opportunities; learning through briefings and training; creating content with marketing support; and growing through broker tools, commission solutions and roadshow support. The coworking setup is intended to give brokers a base between client meetings, not only a venue for scheduled events.
The launch also included an initial preview of Invespy’s digital platform. According to the company, the platform connects developers directly with brokers, providing access to off-plan inventory, sales support and faster commission payouts without network fees.
Invespy founder and CEO Imran Khan said the physical hub is an extension of the company’s digital platform and is intended to help brokers and developers complete transactions more efficiently.
