Najran University and Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, Monsha’at, have organised a series of training programs and awareness sessions for entrepreneurs and people interested in starting businesses.
Held in Najran, the initiative aims to build entrepreneurial awareness, help participants take their first steps toward launching projects and strengthen their ability to develop ideas into practical solutions, according to the university.
The sessions covered market and competitor analysis, customer and target audience identification, business model design, financial feasibility, marketing, brand building and the steps involved in launching and developing a project.
The program included a design thinking workshop and an awareness session titled “Entrepreneurship: Where Do I Start?” Participants explored the journey from an initial idea to the first customer, including how to test market needs, use available resources and overcome early-stage challenges.
Entrepreneurs attended the sessions and received certificates of participation at the end of the program.
