Dubai Future Foundation has opened applications for a PropTech Data Sandbox in Dubai, giving innovators, startups and technology companies access to data held by regulatory bodies to test products, business models and new applications.
The initiative is being launched with the Dubai Land Department and Dubai Digital through Sandbox Dubai. Participants will be able to experiment in a secure environment designed to reflect real-world conditions while operating under adaptive regulatory supervision.
Sandbox Dubai says the programme can help participants identify regulatory challenges, refine their solutions and accelerate their route to market. The process includes online application, screening, experiment design, permit issuance, testing and monitoring, followed by a final evaluation.
Applications are open until October 12, 2026.
