TiE Dubai has announced the winners of the TiE Women MENA 2026 UAE Finals, with Anuscha Iqbal of Qanooni AI taking the top spot.
Vidhya Sridhar, founder of Careever, was named first runner-up, while Nina Abide of FetalFirst placed second runner-up.
The UAE finals featured women founders presenting their startups and highlighting innovation, purpose and business-building across the country’s entrepreneurship ecosystem, according to TiE Dubai.
The event’s jury included Aamer Sheikh, Jacopo Carlo Canale and May El-Rafie, who provided feedback and support to the participating founders.
