Saudi Arabia-based Prosperity7 Ventures has made a follow-on investment in Arcee AI as part of the US artificial intelligence startup’s Series B round, which values the company at more than $1 billion.
San Francisco-based Arcee AI develops open models and enterprise software designed to help organizations build, deploy and manage AI models within their own environments. The company said its Trinity models are already used in agentic workflows worldwide.
The round was led by Vista Equity Partners, Cambium Capital Management and Emergence Capital, with participation from AI10 Ventures, Hitachi Ventures, IAG Capital Partners, M12, Microsoft’s venture fund, Prosperity7 Ventures and Wipro.
Arcee AI said the funding will support development of its next generation of Trinity models and its enterprise software layer. Its Trinity-2 base model is also supporting the development of Genesis-Science-1, an open science model being developed with the US Department of Energy and national laboratories.
Prosperity7 said it will continue supporting Arcee AI CEO and co-founder Mark McQuade and the wider team as the company expands.
