SHUAA Capital has signed an agreement with xCube to provide discretionary investment portfolio management through the xCube Access platform, according to the announcement.
The partnership will give eligible investors digital access to SHUAA Capital’s “National Champion Companies” investment strategy, allowing them to select an investment adviser and monitor their portfolios online.
The strategy targets established companies in the UAE, as well as small and medium-sized businesses with the potential to become leaders in their sectors. It will focus on infrastructure, financial services, energy, real estate, education and consumer industries.
The collaboration combines SHUAA Capital’s investment and capital markets expertise with xCube’s technology and market infrastructure. The company said the agreement will help expand its investment management solutions, diversify distribution channels and grow recurring fee income from portfolio management services.
Nabil Al Rantisi, CEO of SHUAA Capital Group, said the strategy is designed to capture opportunities among both successful UAE companies and emerging market leaders.
