Binance has launched Agent OS, a platform that lets developers connect AI agents to its financial infrastructure so they can analyze markets and execute trades for users.
The platform brings together Binance APIs, its Wallet Agentic Hub, x402 transaction verification and payment tools, Skill Hub, and support for the Model Context Protocol. It also works with tools including ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code and Cursor.
Users can authorize agents to access market data, view account information and trade. Binance said its main safeguard is a dedicated sub-account system, where users can set permissions for activities such as spot or futures trading. Withdrawals are blocked by default, while users can require approval for every order or allow autonomous execution.
The amount deposited into a trading sub-account effectively sets the agent’s potential trading and loss limit, as Binance does not impose a separate cap. The exchange said it can monitor trading activity but cannot see the reasoning generated by an external AI application.
Agent OS also supports payments and on-chain activity. Binance said daily limits apply to wallet transactions, including $50,000 for regular swaps, $100,000 for DeFi transactions and $20 for x402 payments.
