The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) has approved the registration of Bokra, Beltone Asset Management and EFG Hermes for Financial Portfolio and Investment Funds Management in its membership registry.
The decision, announced on September 16, 2026, allows the three firms to meet the exchange’s membership requirements for securities companies before engaging in EGX trading mechanisms.
The registered entities operate in portfolio management and investment funds, bringing them into the EGX’s formal membership framework. According to the exchange, companies conducting securities-related activities must complete this registration before carrying out any activity through its trading mechanisms.
The announcement did not specify which trading activities the firms plan to undertake after registration.
