The firm also broke into the top three most active investors across the entire MENA region, cementing its influence in the local and regional startup ecosystem.

The 2025 report from MAGNiTT confirms that Oraseya Capital executed 25 investments throughout the year, up from 21 in 2024. This 19% increase in transaction volume signals a sustained and disciplined deployment strategy, placing the firm at the center of early-stage funding in the UAE.
This performance highlights the growing role of domestic capital in MENA’s venture scene. According to the report, UAE-based investors were a significant source of total deal flow in 2025, and Oraseya’s activity underscores the increasing maturity of the local funding infrastructure.
A Focus on FinTech and Enterprise Software
While maintaining a sector-agnostic approach, Oraseya Capital showed a strong interest in FinTech and Enterprise Software. The firm completed five investments in each of these sectors, backing companies that contribute to digital transformation and business productivity. This focus aligns directly with the UAE’s national digital economy strategy and the development of knowledge-based industries within DIEZ’s economic zones.
