The Qatar Research, Development and Innovation (QRDI) Council, in collaboration with Innovation Cafe, is inviting SMEs in Qatar to apply for a five-day Strategic Product Management Bootcamp.
Taking place from October 4 to 8, 2026, at Education City Golf Club, the application-only program will run from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day.
Participants will work through practical tools for understanding market and customer needs, developing products and managing decisions across the product development process. The training will also address common challenges in product management and development.
The program is structured around five modules covering strategy, innovation, detail, launch and management. QRDI Council said the bootcamp aims to strengthen the capacity of local SMEs and help business leaders lead technology development pilots and innovation projects in Qatar.
