TiE Dubai has announced the winners of the TiE Women MENA 2026 Emirati Finals, recognising three founders building businesses across different sectors.
Aisha Alyassi of SCULP won the competition. Hasna Al Mutawa of NOOG Smart Technologies was named first runner-up, while Noora Alawadi of From Noora’s Majlis and Dr. Zahra Al Darwish of Royal Rise Consultancy jointly took second runner-up.
According to TiE Dubai, the participating founders showcased innovation, purpose and dedication, highlighting the depth of Emirati female-led entrepreneurship.
The event’s jury included Lucy Chow, Saeed Alnofeli and Sönke Peters, who provided feedback and support to the founders during the session.
