The Artificial Intelligence Journalism for Research and Forecasting Foundation (AIJRF), a UAE-based think tank specializing in media and artificial intelligence, has announced a new program to prepare 100 Arab executive leaders for the next wave of digital transformation. The initiative aims to equip senior figures in the public and private sectors with the skills to integrate AI and Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technologies into their core operations and management strategies.
Quick Facts
- New program for 100 Arab executives.
- Focus on Agentic AI and Management 4.0.
- First phase includes five cohorts of 20 leaders.
Bridging the Executive AI Gap
The initiative, named AI & Management 4.0 Leaders (AIML), is designed to address a critical need for modern leadership skills across the region. Dr. Mohammed Abdulzaher, Chief Executive Officer of AIJRF, noted that the program’s goal is to speed up the adoption of advanced management models in Arab institutions.
“Through AIML, we seek to inspire Arab leaders in both the public and private sectors to adopt next-generation management systems powered by artificial intelligence, advanced technologies, and Fourth Industrial Revolution tools,” said Abdulzaher.
He explained that many organizations in the region still face capability gaps in areas like data analytics, automation, and AI-driven governance. “This initiative is designed to help executives transition from traditional management structures toward agile, intelligent and future-ready institutions,” he added.
A Focus on Agentic AI
A key component of the AIML program is its emphasis on Agentic AI—autonomous AI systems capable of executing tasks, managing operations, and supporting complex decision-making. The curriculum is structured to move beyond theoretical knowledge, providing leaders with practical frameworks for deploying these technologies within their own organizations.
The program will be delivered in five executive cohorts, with 20 CEOs and senior leaders selected for each group. Upon completion, the 100 selected leaders will be recognized in a high-level ceremony. The AIML initiative is being launched in cooperation with AIAMT.
Executive Curriculum for Transformation
The 20-hour applied training program is exclusively for senior leadership, including CEOs, board members, managing directors, and business owners. The curriculum covers a range of topics from the foundations of Management 4.0 and executive cybersecurity to designing transformation roadmaps for future-ready organizations.
Applicants must hold a position of authority that allows them to support AI integration within their companies and are required to commit to full attendance and active participation. The program reflects a growing regional demand for executive education centered on AI, governance modernization, and productivity-led growth as MENA governments and corporations increase their investments in artificial intelligence.
