Wadi Jeddah Selects 10 Startups for SAR1M Investment and Incubation Program

Wadi Jeddah is running a four-day startup bootcamp in Jeddah from August 6 to 9, 2026, with 19 startups competing for investment and a place in its incubation program.

The participating startups operate across artificial intelligence, health and biotechnology, food technology, smart cities and sustainability. The program includes practical workshops, one-on-one mentoring, specialist assessments and preparation for presentations to investment committees.

The bootcamp is designed to simulate the evaluation process startups face with investors. Founders will review their assumptions, refine their value propositions, develop investor pitches and work on product development, business models and market-entry plans.

At the end of the program, Wadi Jeddah plans to select 10 startups for six months of incubation and invest SAR1M in total, providing SAR100K to each company. The incubation support will include investment readiness, product development, founder training and services tailored to each startup’s needs, according to the announcement.

Wadi Jeddah’s incubator currently supports 30 startups, a figure expected to reach 40 after the new cohort joins. The company is also working with a private-sector partner to launch a new fund for direct startup investments, although its size has not yet been disclosed.
