SEA Ventures Group Signs MoU with Microsoft to Support Saudi Startups

SEA Ventures Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with Microsoft to explore strategic collaboration aimed at supporting the growth and innovation of Saudi startups.

The agreement was signed during LEAP 2026 by Yara Y. Alseraihi, director of business development and acting general manager at SEA Ventures Group, and Zainab Alamin, vice president of digital transformation at Microsoft.

According to the announcement, startups in SEA Ventures Group’s portfolio may gain access to Microsoft for Startups, Azure cloud resources, technical expertise and development tools. The two sides will also explore capacity-building initiatives, technical workshops and talent development in artificial intelligence and digital transformation.

The potential collaboration includes connecting investors and venture capital funds, integrating Microsoft technologies into accelerator and incubator programs, and organising entrepreneurship challenges, joint events and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

The partnership is intended to help founders and startups at different stages of growth while supporting a more connected entrepreneurial ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.
