Abu Dhabi-based proptech company eVoost AI has entered Romania, its sixth international market, through a partnership with residential developer Hercesa Romania.
The companies will deploy eVoost AI’s platform across Hercesa’s residential property sales operations. The platform is already used by Hercesa in Spain and Portugal.
Founded in 2024, eVoost AI develops AI software for residential real estate sales. Its markets now include Spain, Portugal, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Georgia and Romania.
According to the company, the Romanian launch followed several months of preparation, including discussions with local developers, integration with Romanian data sources and the formation of a local team.
Hercesa Romania has delivered more than 1,200 apartments in Bucharest and currently has more than 600 homes under construction across three projects: Stellaris Residencias, Vivenda Prime and the final phase of Vivenda Residencias.
eVoost AI operates on a business-to-business model, charging developers an activation fee followed by fees linked to sales performance. The company, which is part of Abu Dhabi’s Hub71 ecosystem, said it manages residential projects with a combined value of more than $3.5 billion across its markets.
